RULES & REGULATIONS

Dress Code: Full track pants and a Round-Neck T-shirt.

Any three asanas (forward, backward, and twist each held for 30 seconds) must be demonstrated for General category

Any Five asanas (forward, backward, Twisting, Hand Balance & Leg Balance each hold for 30 seconds) must be demonstrated for Champions of champions category

General category and Champions of champions category can choose their own asanas, as mentioned above each asana.

The judge's decision will be final, and the organizing committee reserves the right to change the rules and regulations for the competition.

Prizes will be awarded separately for boys and girls in each category.

The entry fee is non-refundable.

General category Reporting time – 9.45 a.m.

Reporting time for the champions category is 12.00 p.m. Prize distribution will be at 3.00 PM for all categories.
