Rules & Regulations:

• Dress Code: Full track pants and a Round-Neck T-shirt.
• Any three asanas (forward, backward, and twist each held for 10 seconds) must be demonstrated.
• Special categories can choose their own asanas as mentioned above each asana.
• The judge's decision will be final, and the organizing committee reserves the right to change the rules and regulations for the competition.
• Prizes will be awarded separately for boys and girls in each category.
• The entry fee is non-refundable.
• General Category Reporting time - 8:00 a.m.
• Reporting time for the champions category is 12:00 p.m.
• Prize distribution will be at 2:00 PM for all categories.

Awards:

• Top 3 Winners: Trophy + Medals + Certificate.
• All Other Winners: Certificate + Medals + Trophy
