Independence Day Yoga Inter School Championship-2026

ALL PARTICIPANTS GET: Certificate and Medal.

GENERAL CATEGORY Rs 400: Must perform 3 postures: Forward, Backward, Twisting

Top 5 will get trophy and certificate.

CHAMPION OF CHAMPION Rs 999: Must perform 5 postures: Forward, Backward, Twisting, Leg Balance, Hand Balance. Top 3 will get a trophy.

RULES & GUIDELINES: Dress code: Track pants & T-shirts. All participants will get a certificate and Medal. General Category: Any 3 asanas in Forward, Backward, and Twisting must be held for 15 seconds. Top 5 will get trophy and certificate. Champions of champions Top 3 will get a trophy.
