Top 3 winners get Trophies.

RULES & GUIDELINES: Dress code: Track pants & T-shirts. All participants will get a certificate and Medal.

General Category: Any 3 asanas in Forward, Backward, and Twisting must be held for 15 seconds.

Top 5 will get trophy and certificate. Champions of champions Top 3 will get a trophy.
