Categories : 

- Categories: Under 09, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 - Boys & Girls

-A player can participate in more than one category appropriate to their age/gender.

- Participation Fee: Rs. 600/-

Age Criteria:

-Under 09 - Born after 01 Nov 2017

-Under 11 - Born after 01 Nov 2015

-Under 13 - Born after 01 Nov 2013

-Under 15 - Born after 01 Nov 2011

Prizes & Rewards : 

- Trophies for all winners and runners-up in all categories

-Certificate for all participants

Format of the tournament:

-The format of the competition is League followed by Knockout.

-All registered players of a category are grouped in to 4 or 8 groups. (4 groups for≤16 participants & 8 groups for >16 participants). i.e. each group is of size maximum 4 players.

-A round-robin league within a group (of ≤4 players) and each group's top player/team (only 1) will proceed to the Knock-Out Stage. i.e. either QF or SF.

-The league matches are played for the best of three 11-point sets & the knock-out matches are played for the best of five 11-point sets.

-Standard TT rules are followed & Stag Seam Plastic TT balls are played.

Rewards:

-The top finishers of each category competition will be awarded with trophies.

Tentative Timings:

All matches : 10.00 AM onwards on Sun 15 Nov 2026. 

A detailed schedule is shared on by 10.00PM Sat 14 Nov 2026

Fixtures & Schedule:

-Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 10 PM on Sat 14 Nov 2026 over the registered email. Once published, the fixture & schedule cannot be changed at the player's request.

Important Notes:

-Referees and the organizer's decision on matches scoring be final & binding.

-SWYNG reserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and this will be duly communicated.

-SWYNG reserves the right to reject the registration of players with undesirable history including but not limited to willingly causing delays to the tournament, rogue behaviour, etc. Such rejected registrations will be refunded without citing any reason(s).

-SWYNG also reserves the right to modify/scrap a category/prize money depending on the participation count.

-A cancelation of registration can be done before the last date/time of registration i.e. 10 PM Fri 13 Nov 2026 by text/call on 91*****. Such cancelations are eligible for refunds after 10% cancelation charges. Please note payment gateways take 3-5 business days to credit the refunds.
