RULES & REGULATION

1. Timing: Our event starts promptly at 8:00 a.m on 17th Nov 2024 (Saturday). Please arrive early to check in.

2. Identification Requirements: All participants must bring their school ID card and a copy of their birth certificate.

3. Event Participation: Each participant is allowed to compete in a maximum of three events, excluding the relay event.

4. Attire and Footwear: Participants must wear appropriate shoes and sports attire during the competition.

5. Entry Submission: Please avoid spot entries. Entry forms and the payment receipt must be submitted by the evening of the 15th.

6. Final Decisions: The official decisions of the organizers will be final and binding.

7. Awards: Trophies will be awarded for the overall winners and runners-up, as well as for individual championships.

8. Winners will receive a medal and a certificate, while all participants will receive a participation certificate.

9. School Participation: A trophy will be awarded to the school with the highest number of participants, with a maximum of 50 participants eligible for this honor.

10. Coaching Awards: A cash award will be given to the best coach or the best Physical Education Teacher (PET).
