Rules for the Tournament:

Rules:

1. Players need to show apnacomplex/mygate/ resident validity proof

2. Registration id will be provided to each players post id validation and receipt of payment

3. Arm bands will be provided to each players to establish resident identity

4. Arm bands to be mandatory worn at every time during matches without which players will not be allowed to play

6. Retaining the arm band is individuals responsibility and should report to Sochob team in case of loss or damage

7. Rankings across societies will be published on daily basis for different sports

8. Teams can be formed within residents of multiple societies providing each providing a resident proof of a society and need not represent only from one society

Prize distribution

1. Registration Fee is Rs 500 for Singles & Rs.800 for doubles

2. Grand society winning prize money applicable if more than 30 unique societies are participating else only Grand society trophy will be provided 

3. Trophies & Prize Money of Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2000 to single winners and runners up respectively. And for doubles prize money of Rs.4000 & Rs.3000 to be paid double's winner and runners 

4. Football -Trophies & Prize money worth of Rs. 15000 & Rs.10000 to winners and runner's up respectively.

Points Calculation:

1. 2 points to be awarded to each individual 0-;i89o0p-[=representing their societies for winners for each matches

2. 1 point each to each individual to be given in case of draw/ no results

3. Points will be consolidated across matches played during the day and rankings & leaderboard of each societies will be conveyed at the end of the day to the point of contact for each society

4. Awards and prices will be given to only top society

Format of Play:

1. Schedule of matches will be determined on the play days and will be communicated to the point of contact via the whatsapp group

2. Reporting on scheduled match time is mandatory, failure to do so the match will be forfeited and opponent will be declared winner

3. Rounds and number of matches will be determined basis no of entries received
