Welcome to the 2nd edition of SmaashIT badminton tournament

Rules 

1) All categories will follow league + knockout format. Top teams from each group will qualify for knockout stage.

2) One player can participate in maximum 3 different formats

3) League matches will be one game of 21 points. 

4) Quarter and semi finals will be 15 points best of 3

5) Finals will be 21 points best of 3.

6) Match Referee & organizing team’s decision will be final in case of any conflict.

7) Non-marking badminton shoes are mandatory.

8) Prize money is subjected to number of entries, same will be communicated along with fixtures

9) Draws will be shared one day before the tournament. Players need to be present near the court/reporting desk for all their match announcements. If players are not present 5 minutes before the match time, opponent will be given walkover with 21-0 points.

10) Reporting time 26th august -9:30am

11) mavis350 will be used for the tournament.

Coaches, State and national players not allowed. if found will be disqualified and no refund of fees
