How does it work?

All wildcard holders of a category will be pooled together and play 2-3 rounds of matches amongst themselves. Top two from here rejoin the main draw at either quarters or semis.

Wildcard Rules and Regulations :

All first/ second / third round losers can buy Wildcard.( Pls note there are fixed no of wildcards per category, which will purely be first come first serve basis.)

Wildcards cannot be used once you reach quarters.

Wildcards bought for a category cannot be used for any other category or any other tournament.

Wildcards are non refundable and non transferrable.

Shuttleboi Rules and Regulations :

1) This is purely a Knockout tournament. 

2) All categories ( except where age is specified) open to all age groups. Our events are open to all Ranking / Non Ranking players.

3) All matches till Semis will be one set of 30 points.

4) Finals will be 15 points, best of 3 sets.

5) Every category will have fixed number of wild card entries which will provide the buyer with an additional chance.For more details pls refer to wildcard entry column or reach out to us at dpaktan3@gmail.com.

6) Minimum 12 entries per category to conduct the event.

7) Cash prize will be reduced in case entries are less than 20. This is how it will be

16-20 entries - 75%

12-16 entries - 50%

Less than 12 - Registration Fee refund for winner only.

8) Entry Fees Non Refundable, unless event cancelled by the company.

9) Draws will be published one day before event on playmatches.com

10) All participants should report 30 mins before their match. Walk over given to opponent in case player doesn't show up 10 mins after scheduled time.

11) On the court, Umpire/ Referee decision is always final. Arguments with referee would lead to disqualification of the player/ team Repeat offenders will be banned from all further Shuttleboi events.

12) Company will not be held not responsible for loss of baggage at venue.

13) Company will not be held responsible for any player injuries caused at tournament.

14) We promote litter free environment. Pls ensure you do not throw wrappers/ food containers / beverage cans @ premises.

15) Lunch will not be provided to the players.

16) In case of event cancellation or postponement, refund will be provided to players.

17) Players pics/ Videos may be used for marketing/ promotional purposes.

18) Rights of entry reserved.

19) By registering to the event you agree to terms and conditions of the organisation.
