Each team will get minimum of three games.
From each group 2 teams will qualify for knock out stages.
Top 25 state players are not allowed to participate in 2019.
Knock out rounds will be played for 21 points.
Cash prize will be reduced in case entries are less than 20.
16-20 Entries-75%, 12-16 - 50%, less then 12 only reg fee refund for Runners.
