League + Knockout format and Points rules:

- Number of pools and the pool size will be decided based on entries received in each category. Normal pool size is 3

- All games will be played for a single set of 21 points

- Each game will be rewarded with Shuttleboi Points and standings in pool get decided by Shuttleboi Points

- Every game winner gets 3 Shuttleboi points, Winner gets 4 Shuttleboi points if they keep opponents score under 10

- Loser get 1 Shuttleboi point if they cross 15 and 2 Shuttleboi points if they score 20 points

- Top one/two from each pool (depending on pool size) will progress to knockouts basis Shuttleboi points earned

- Incase of Shuttleboi points tie, then priority would be max of total score earned from all games played, then min of total score conceded from all games, then game result of head-on play. If still tie (across pool), then a rally for golden point will decide standing

35+/45+ all Categories: Trophies for Winners & Runners (no cash prize)

Open Categories: Singles

- Winners to get INR 2000 + Trophy

- Runners to get INR 1500 + Trophy

Open Categories: Doubles

- Winners to get INR 3000 + Trophy

- Runners to get INR 2000 + Trophy

Note: Amount will be transferred to account directly by 23rd morning

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

2. Players can be from same or different organizations for doubles categories

3. Every player needs to be a corporate employee and produce proof of employment prior to the event (company id/offer letter - any two). Self employed/business owners need to furnish incorporation document and valid ID proof

4. For 35+/45+ categories, players need to produce valid age proofs (Voter id/Aadhar/DL)

5. Match officials have the final say on all decisions on the court. Any argument with match officials will result in a 5-point penalty and repeated offences will result in match forfeit and termination from the event. No line umpires for all games

6. All payments to be online. No spot entries, No cash accepted. No entries accepted after cutoff date

7. Minimum 6 entries required to conduct a category (Less than 6 entries mean two age categories will be combined)

8. Cash Award Criteria

Above 16 entries - 100% cash

12-16 entries - 50% cash

Below 12 - No cash award

9. Who cannot participate-

a) Full time professional players still playing the circuit. Ex-players, current Master players working in a corporate are allowed

b) Players who own coaching academies or are employed full time as a coach. Players who work with a corporate and who are parttime coaching are allowed

10. Players from any part of the world are allowed to participate as long as they fulfil all the criteria of being a corporate professional. They may be Ex State, National or International player

11. Players must arrive 30 mins prior to their category start time. If a player arrives 15 minutes later than the category start time, he/she will forfeit the game and opponent will be awarded the maximum points available for the match (including the Shuttleboi points)

12. Fixtures and schedule will be shared a day before the event on the email id given during registration

13. Player images will be used for branding, promotion, marketing purposes and on social media

14. Organizers are not responsible for loss of baggage or any other valuables at venue

15. Organizers are not responsible for the quality issues in product/services provided by our partners/sponsors

16. Event date/venue maybe changed if necessary and will be communicated in advance
